Investment Banking Team Grows
Associate David Ruby joins Beringea

DETROIT, Mich. — Beringea, LLC, is pleased to announce the appointment of David Ruby to Assocate of Investment Banking at Beringea. David, working out of Beringea's Detroit office, will conduct industry research and assist in company valuation and transaction due diligence.

Prior to joining Beringea, David was an analyst with Plante & Moran Corporate Finance (PMCF), a middle-market investment bank in Chicago. While at PMCF, David executed M&A transactions for companies in the business services and life sciences sectors. Before working at PMCF, David worked as an associate portfolio manager with for a global asset management firm in Chicago.

David graduated from Western Michigan University with a BBA in finance and economics. He is also a CFA charterholder and a NASD-licensed representative holding the Series 7 and Series 63.
