DETROIT, Mich. - Health Hero Network, a Beringea InvestCare Partners portfolio company and an innovator of telehealth solutions, has been acquired by The Bosch Group, a leading global supplier of technology and services. Terms of the agreement will not be disclosed.
Health Hero Network, headquartered in Palo Alto, Calif., develops and sells technology solutions that allow the remote monitoring and management of patient health data. More than 20,000 individuals with chronic conditions interact with the company's Health Buddy System through their use of a Health Buddy Appliance, making the Health Buddy System the most-used system for monitoring and managing individuals with complex chronic conditions in their homes. The feedback provided by the Health Buddy Appliances provides caregivers with actionable, evidence-based knowledge to create individualized, preventive interventions.
