Beringea portfolio company iLG sold to private equity groupFarmington Hills, Mich. — Beringea, an international private equity firm specializing in emerging media, announces the sale of its portfolio company iLG, a leading digital media agency, to private equity group ECI. The deal valued iLG in excess of $88 million. Founded in 1999, iLG billed more than $200 million last year. Its clients include Sony and Gillette.
